但温情表象之下，更需保持清醒审视：云端可以安放情绪，却不能解决现实问题，更无法替代真实成长。多数时候，“赛博忏悔”停留在“倾诉即释怀”的浅尝辄止，难以转化为改变现实的行动力。有人坦言负债压力，却迟迟不愿制定计划、及时止损；有人吐槽职场内耗，却始终困在原地、缺少主动突破的勇气；有人懊悔过往遗憾，却依旧回避沟通、不愿主动弥补。屏幕那头的安慰再暖，评论区的拥抱再多，终究只是治标不治本的暂时舒缓。情绪被妥帖接住了，可引发愧疚与焦虑的现实根源，依然在原地徘徊。
